Harry and Meghan Are Living Separate Lives, and Sources Say the People Around Them Have Stopped Asking If They're Apart and Started Asking If the Marriage Survives It

A friend of the couple says the questions used to be about scheduling. Now the same people are quietly asking whether Harry and Meghan’s marriage makes it through.

Harry has been showing up solo more and more this year, and the people close to him say he seems lighter when he does.

“When Harry is on his own, he seems like a different person,” one source tells Rob Shuter’s Naughty But Nice. “He’s more relaxed, more spontaneous, and much more like the prince people remember. Friends have noticed the change.”

The gap goes past calendars, according to another insider. “They’re living very separate lives now. It’s gone beyond work schedules. They have different priorities, different routines, and they’re spending much less time together than people realize.”

Meghan has stayed focused on her business ventures and media projects while Harry keeps making appearances on his own. No announcement has been made, and the Sussexes continue to present a united front in public.

What’s changed, the sources say, is the conversation around them. “Nobody knows what will happen next,” one insider says. “But people around them aren’t talking about whether they’re spending time apart anymore. They’re wondering whether this marriage can survive it.”
