Dua Lipa Never Holds Back at Work or on Vacation

“As long as I’m doing my job, hitting my deadlines, and getting my shit done, then I will find a way to relax, too. It’s really work hard and play hard. Why not?” Dua Lipa told Rolling Stone when asked about criticism that she parties too much on vacation.

The “work hard” part is easy to underestimate. On tour, she sings and dances in heels for two hours a night, which requires the stamina of an athlete.

Her former trainer, PMAC, put her through three or four sessions a week, including hill sprints, resistance training, boxing, and HIIT, on top of dance rehearsals. Before a tour, she shifts into stamina mode, running, dancing, and singing at the same time while cutting out alcohol entirely.

That discipline carries into her business life. She was Frame Fitness’s first European customer before becoming a co-founder and its chief creative officer in 2025. Through Radical22, the family company she runs with her father, she owns her masters and publishing. Her Service95 podcast, At Your Service, has hosted guests ranging from Tim Cook and Billie Eilish to BLACKPINK’s Jennie.

It has added up to something close to an empire. The Sunday Times Rich List 2026 estimates her net worth at around £150 million, while the Radical Optimism tour is her highest-grossing to date.

But the “play hard” part is real too. When the tour ended in Mexico City in December 2025, she followed it with a beach photo dump from Mexico.

This year brought a civil ceremony in London, followed by a wedding celebration in Sicily where Elton John performed. Then came a honeymoon road trip through the Amalfi Coast, Tuscany, and Rome. Days after leaving Rome, she was back at work. Since June 30, she has reportedly been at Electric Lady Studios in New York almost every day.
