Gisele Bündchen Called Her Jiu-Jitsu Trainer Husband an “Incredible Role Model” for Father’s Day. Tom Brady, Father of Two of Her Kids, Got No Shoutout
Gisele Bündchen, 45, posted the Father’s Day tribute to husband Joaquim Valente on Instagram Sunday, alongside photos of the jiu-jitsu trainer with their 1-year-old son and her two other kids.
“Happy Father’s Day @joaquimvalente!” she wrote. “Thank you for leading by example, and for the values you embody, love, humility, integrity, discipline, kindness and consistency. You are an incredible role model. We are all so grateful for you, and we love you so much.”
She also thanked her own father, Valdir Bündchen: “And dad, thank you for your unconditional love, wisdom, and support through every stage of my life. Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there. ❤️”
Brady, 48, got no mention. One photo in the carousel showed Vivian leaning in to hug Valente around the neck while he sat in a chair. Another had Valente standing spine-to-spine with Benjamin to see who was taller.
The silence comes about a month after Brady used Mother’s Day to publicly thank Gisele, posting a picture of her kissing his son Jack, 18, next to Jack’s mom Bridget Moynahan, and writing, “Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mothers in this world.”
Gisele and Brady were married from 2009 to 2022. She and Valente began dating in 2022 and secretly married.
