The Pentagon Released Its 2nd UFO Drop in 2 Weeks, but the Epstein Files Are Closed

The Pentagon will show you UFO videos every two weeks but the Epstein files are apparently “done.”

A currently serving senior intelligence officer told the Pentagon he was “virtually speechless” after watching countless orange orbs swarm around his military helicopter in late 2025. That account is part of the second tranche of UFO records the Department of War posted today at war.gov/UFO, which also includes 51 videos, seven audio files and footage of spherical objects going in and out of the water near a submarine, according to CBS News.

It’s the second drop in two weeks. The first batch on May 8 contained 162 never-before-seen files going back to the 1940s. More are promised every few weeks under the PURSUE program Trump ordered by executive order earlier this year.

Meanwhile, the Epstein Files Transparency Act release wrapped up January 30, 2026. The DOJ put out roughly 3.5 million pages, 2,000 videos and 180,000 images, then said the law had been satisfied and called it the “end” of the process. No client list exists, they said. No further major releases are planned.

Both pushes came from the same administration. One is a rolling disclosure with a dedicated website and infrared footage of unexplained objects. The other got heavy redactions, a 30-day legal deadline, and a closing statement.

The Pentagon says the UFO files contain no confirmed evidence of extraterrestrial life. The public is invited to “make up their own minds.”
