Because when I say I love you, it means you're someone I picture spending my future with, until I draw my final breathe.

If you’re going to tell me that you love me, I want you to explain why. I want to know what makes you say it, why you say it, where does that “I love you” comes from. And I want you to be real about it. I’d rather not hear your flowery words of affection if you really don’t mean it, or if you’re going to eventually take it back.

I want you to say “I love you” and look me right into my eyes, deep in my soul, as if I’m the only person in the world. I want you to smile after you say it because you know that you’ve finally let go of the words you’ve been meaning to tell all along. I want your heart grows warm as you wait for my response. I want your world to brighten up with a million burning lights as I say, “I love you too.”

Because when I say “I love you too” I truly mean it with all my heart, all my soul, and all my spirit. It means I’m giving you a rare opportunity to get to know me at my deepest core. It means I’m letting my guard down and let you in. It means you’re someone I picture spending my future with, until I draw my final breathe.

When I say “I love you too”, please know that I am 100 percent sure about you.

You see, it’s really important for me to know the meaning behind that “I love you”, because I’m tired of people uttering it as if it has no value. I’m tired of people lying and deceiving me just to get my attention. I’m tired of people whose only there when they need something from me. I’m tired of people who say “I love you” only because they’re bored.

And I know you’re more than that.

I know your definition of “I love you” encompasses the life that we have. I know your definition of “I love you” reaches out the boundary of our existence. I know that your heart beats so fast when you say it, because I know that you’re the type of person who has words of honor.

And I trust you that you will always define “I love you” in the most clear and honest sense.

I trust you that you’re going to take care of me with your soft, gentle spirit. I trust you that you’re not going to leave me like what everyone else does. I trust you that you’re not going to run away from me. I trust that I will always be your number one priority and that you will not look for anyone else. I trust in your heart of gold that I’m safe and sound. I trust that we will grow and spend our future side by side.

And I want you to trust me too that when I confess my feelings for you, it comes from the sincerest form and definition of love.
