The GoFundMe for Lindsay Clancy’s Parents Asks Donors Not to Take a Side
Mike and Paula Musgrove left their home in Connecticut and moved to Massachusetts so they’d never miss a day of their daughter’s trial. Three years of travel, lodging, and living costs have drained most of their savings. Now they’re asking for $2 million to rebuild.
Lindsay Clancy is on trial for the January 2023 deaths of her three children: 5-year-old Cora, 3-year-old Dawson, and 8-month-old Callan. Prosecutors allege she killed them with exercise bands inside the family’s Duxbury, Massachusetts home.

Her parents launched the Musgrove Family Fund with a $2 million goal, and GoFundMe confirmed to TMZ that the campaign is verified and connected to Clancy. Paula is retired and Mike works as a photographer, and the fundraiser says the couple have spent much of their savings on travel, lodging, and living expenses over more than three years of staying close to their daughter.

The appeal makes a point of not asking donors to take a side on the criminal case. Clancy has pleaded not guilty, and her attorney, Kevin Reddington, who the campaign says is aware of the effort, argues she was suffering from postpartum psychosis and lacked the support she needed.

The Go Fund Me says, “They have not walked away from their daughter, and they have never been unclear about why: they love her. Nothing about this fund asks anyone to share their view of Lindsay or the criminal case. It asks donors to recognize the extraordinary financial burden her parents have carried simply by continuing to be present. The purpose of this fund is to help Mike and Paula rebuild the financial stability they have sacrificed over these past three years.”
