Flavor Flav Gave Amber Glenn, Alysa Liu, and Madison Chock Custom Shinola Clock Necklaces at a VIP Athletes’ Dinner at Westoria Inside the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Three of the figure skaters who helped win Team USA gold got to keep a piece of Flavor Flav’s most famous look. At a private Las Vegas dinner for the women who represented the country at the 2026 Winter Games in Milano Cortina, the rapper handed them working clock necklaces — pendant-sized nods to the oversized timepieces he’s worn for decades, remade small enough for the athletes to wear.

Amber Glenn, Alysa Liu, and ice dancer Madison Chock got theirs on Friday, July 17, 2026 at the athletes-only dinner at Westoria inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The three sat together, pink event wristbands on their wrists, dinner plates in front of them from a menu run by celebrity female chefs.

The night was part of Flavor Flav’s inaugural SHE Weekend, a four-day celebration honoring the female athletes who represented Team USA at the 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games. It grew out of his offer to properly recognize the U.S. women’s hockey team after their gold in Milano Cortina, then expanded to more than 100 Winter Olympians and Paralympians, with a parade down the Strip, a free Public Enemy concert, and appearances from the Backstreet Boys and Ed Sheeran.

The Games wrapped in late February, so the five-month gap was by design. Flav floated the idea within days of the Closing Ceremony, but turning a tweet into a real event took time: Clark County sign-off for the Strip parade and outdoor concert came in mid-May, MGM Resorts signed on for rooms and venues, and Delta covered flights. July finally gave athletes who were still competing, touring with Stars on Ice, or recovering a window that actually worked.

Glenn, Liu, and Chock are all team Olympic gold medalists who’ve competed and toured together for years. Liu, the 20-year-old Oakland native, won America’s first Olympic figure skating gold in 24 years this season.

The necklaces fit a pattern for Flav, who has a history of gifting the pieces to athletes — including a custom clock for hockey star Hilary Knight ahead of the weekend and a bronze one for gymnast Jordan Chiles.
