Clavicular Opened the 424 Show at Paris Fashion Week, Then Shrugged Off the Backlash Over Kissing a Trans Model at a Club: “I Knew And I Don’t Care.”
America’s national treasure, our uniquely American psycho, is in Paris opening a fashion show, kissing a trans model on his own livestream, and telling the haters he knew and doesn’t care.
Braden Eric Peters, the 20-year-old streamer who goes by Clavicular, landed in Paris on June 22 with OnlyFans star Sophie Rain. He livestreamed parts of their walk around the city on Kick while paparazzi trailed them, and the pre-show buzz did the rest.
The next day he opened Guillermo Andrade’s 424 SS27 show at the Jardin des Archives Nationales, walking Look 01 in an all-white look for his Paris Fashion Week runway debut. His walk went viral on its own, clipped and memed for how awkward it looked. He’s spent two years building an audience on Kick and TikTok by coaching young men on extreme self-improvement, complete with associations to far-right figures.
The kiss with Polish model Adelaide Pali, caught on his own livestream at a club, cut against all of it, and reports describe core fans dropping off in protest. He waved off the meme that he hadn’t known she was trans, framing it as two consenting adults and nobody’s business. On X he went after the clip channels instead: “Clippers betraying me with bait for money. Brutal backstab JFL.”
The trip gave the internet plenty before that too. At Fête de la Musique he livestreamed himself getting turned down by woman after woman, a clip French media ran with under headlines about a “masculinist humiliated by French women.”
