Healing isn’t a quick fix remedy. Healing is a process. It takes time. Lots of time and patience with yourself.

I can’t keep waiting and hoping that someday you will show me everything that your words have said. I think I deserve better than that.

I don’t want a mediocre kind of love, nor do I want a 21st century kind of love. I want the beauty of old school love.

What I fail to understand is why did you make me fall for you when you weren’t even going to be there to catch me? Why did you go all in, say all those words, make me believe that you were actually in love with me?

I am not asking you to give up hope, but to live a little for yourself.
