I want to know why certain things happened, why doors closed, why people left, why the timing didn’t work out the way I thought it would. But today, I’m asking you to help me trust the bigger picture — the one I can’t see yet but you’ve been painting all along.
Remind me that what feels like a detour might be the path you always intended. Remind me that the closed doors weren’t mistakes, they were protection. Remind me that the people who left made space for the ones who are coming. Help me trust that even the hardest seasons were shaping me for something I’m not ready to see yet.
God, I don’t need to understand it all right now. I just need to trust that you do. Help me stop trying to control every outcome and start resting in the truth that you’re orchestrating something bigger than I can imagine. Give me peace in the not knowing.
Give me faith in the waiting. Give me patience to let the story unfold the way you designed it. I’m choosing to trust the bigger picture, God.
