Lists are not for people. People are not meant to fit into check boxes because they change and they have flaws. Finding someone who checks off all items on your list is nearly impossible.

You have a love-hate relationship with your brain. You love it because it gives you the reality check you need and you hate it because it holds you back from being who you really are.

Just as the leaves change so does the energy of our homes.

When did you realize that ‘we’ just don’t make sense anymore?

You don’t consult as many people as you used to before making a decision, you can actually trust your gut now.

It’s certainty in an uncertain world and stability in an unstable world.

You’re not progressive about the relationship. You are complacent, you don’t want it to move too fast – or maybe at all. You don’t nurture it to grow or evolve. You don’t put in the effort to propel the relationship forward.

Because I never misled you. I never told you I was ready when I wasn’t, I never promised you something I didn’t fulfill. I never talked about a future I didn’t see, and I never played with your heart or your mind.
