I’m slowly learning that you can never lose when you say the things that are truly worth saying.

Trust me when I say God knows what he’s doing. Even if you’re confused and you don’t know how you’re going to move forward or where you’re going to go, he will always open a new door for you.

But the most beautiful part of endings is that they show you what’s meant to be yours and what’s not. It’s God’s way of taking care of you.

It starts with realizing that you’re not as invested as you used to be and it doesn’t feel like losing.

There’s always a chance that it might not work out but there’s always a chance that it will and it could be everything you ever wanted and more.

You still choose the hard way because you don’t want to settle. You still follow your voice even if you’re outnumbered. You still believe against all odds.

Sometimes you need to be alone with the universe so you can learn how to be your own universe when people fail to give meaning to your life because as long as you keep searching for meaning in the universe and as long as you keep searching for answers within yourself, you will surely find them.

The years you spent wondering if the love you wanted exists or if it will ever find you will finally come to an end because you will finally have your answer. You’ll finally hold your dream.

I’m trusting you to protect me from the things I’m not prepared for and shield me from the unpleasant surprises of life and people. 

Trust the part of yourself that knows there’s so much more to you. There’s more to life. There’s more than what you’re settling for.

You do all the work and if it still doesn’t work then it’s not supposed to be yours.

This is where I surrender to your power. This is where I sit back as you fight my battles. This is where I raise my hands and tell you that I’ve done my part and I can’t do this on my own anymore.

I found everything that’s been missing in my life when I found God. Everything.

Life can be more powerful than us but we still know how to win. We know how to battle. We know how to fight back.

I’m the girl you remember when things are not going right for you because you know I will be there to help you get through it.

My body,
From crashing
and lifting
all these burdens,
all this heaviness,
all this pain.

When the universe doesn’t bring them back to you, trust the universe.

I hope you learn that no matter how hard you fight, you’re bound to lose the battles that are not meant to be yours.
