To The Friends Who Fiercely Defend Us When We’re Not Around
Thank you for your loyalty. Thank you for being just as loyal when I’m not around. Thank you for letting people know that our friendship is not just another social media show because it’s real. Thank you for not allowing strangers or people we barely know to get between us or even try.

Thank you for your loyalty. Thank you for being just as loyal when I’m not around. Thank you for letting people know that our friendship is not just another social media show because it’s real. Thank you for not allowing strangers or people we barely know to get between us or even try. Thank you for being strong enough to risk another friendship so you can save ours.
Thank you for being my voice. Thank you for saying the words I would’ve said and saying them better. Thank you for speaking up when you could’ve stayed quiet. Thank you for not allowing my absence to affect the way you see me or the way you love me.
Thank you for your love. Thank you for being kind to me even when people are being unkind. Thank you for reassuring me that you’ll always be there for me no matter who tries to tear me apart. Thank you for letting the whole world know that you will not be the one to stab be in the back and you will not be the one who lets people get away with disrespecting me. Thank you for seeing the best in me even when I don’t see it in myself.
Thank you for being in my life. Thank you for choosing to stay in my life, thank you for not being passive when it comes to me or our friendship. Thank you for keeping all your promises, for being there during the hard times, for celebrating the good times, for helping me out when I’m helpless and for being my voice when I can’t speak. Thank you for showing me what friendship really is and thank you for showing everyone else what it means to be a true friend.
Thank you for your strength to stand up for me when I can’t stand up for myself and thank you for not using it against me. Thank you for your selflessness and thank you for your ferocity with those who do not think I’m good enough and for your tenderness with me.
