Here’s Why It’s So Important To Choose The Right People To Be In Your Life
Concentrate on people who are in line with your beliefs, who are consistent with their habitual thought, and who are able to provide you more support.

There is a certain pain to what it is to be human, and the irrationality and unpredictability of the world around us seems to capture our emotional reaction. We not only question ourselves constantly but those close to us. You may have had to unfriend people because of their disregard for fellow human life or health. Maybe you’ve had your health challenges in many shapes or forms, and these people have lived a blessed life and simply have no perspective. There is nothing wrong with not wanting to be friends with people who lack empathy or perspective. Being friends with them would mean that your existence doesn’t sit well with them regardless.
You have started to see them in a completely different light. You don’t think you are better than anyone, you just don’t want certain types of energies around you. And that is perfectly fine. We have to get on with our lives and try to find happiness in even the smallest of things. At the end of the day, it’s all about mindset. When you have the best attitude, you can tackle anything. Your beliefs create the life that you live. If someone doesn’t sit well within your beliefs, it’s often inevitable that they won’t be around for long—sometimes there’s no need to cut them off. As you grow, they fall off. You see how they triggered emotional intensity in the worst of times and they were not there to support you. Forgive the situation and move on. If you find yourself without friends, it’s better to be alone and call it a transition period. When we are between jobs, it is one of the only times we can be selfish and focus entirely on ourselves. Use the time to reset, do the things you’ve never had the time to do, and plan your next move, and before you know it, the right people worth being friends with will find the way to you.
Concentrate on people who are in line with your beliefs, who are consistent with their habitual thought, and who are able to provide you more support. Surround yourself with people who uplift and empower you—they are the ones who make you stronger.
As much as having the right people in our lives, our beliefs can change our quality of life. Oftentimes people use things like affirmations or journaling to generate certainty. It’s like building a puzzle of your inner thoughts and beliefs. However, if you have people around you constantly pushing their agenda, that certainty you have been building becomes undone piece by piece causing distress.
Nonetheless, beliefs are learned and not always true. They hold so much power—they can destroy or create. You control the narrative and have the power to let go of negative beliefs in the same way you can let go of negative people and their energy and agendas around you.
If we don’t decide what is important to us and let go of everything that is not, we are going to live a miserable life, sailing through our days without focus and having people around that annoy us and constantly bring our mood down.
When you don’t make these decisions, it’s too easy to fall into the rabbit hole where others hold the remote control of your life. You need to ask hard questions, such as: Why do you care how they perceive you? When we surround ourselves with people who make us feel good, we raise our vibration and it becomes easier to be happy in the present moment.
You can be the change by being kind and aware of the energy that you put into the world. It’s easy to fall into conflicts, and although some gridlocks make you grow by forgiving the situation and moving on, it’s better to avoid the people that drag you purposefully into conflicts. See the red flags and understand that not everyone can read the room and see the power of language. In the wrong setting, even strong-minded people get offended. If you have been the one offending someone you genuinely care about, you can’t undo what happened in the past, but you can sincerely apologize, demonstrate that you are willing to do things differently, and put yourself in their shoes even for a minute.
You attract more good things in your life when you have people around you that you can trust and share your belief system with. These people are heaven-sent when you lose hope. They provide beautiful reassurance that there are wonderful things in your future. Maybe they are there to tweak your attitude a little because you can’t see things as clearly. Even having one true friend, someone who aligns with your belief system, is like opening the third eye, helping to reassure you about your intuition. They’ll be there to see how things will start to unfold in a divine way and guarantee that your happiness is not determined by external circumstances. When your ego is trying to convince you that you have to figure everything out on your own, all you need to do is ask. The universe has brought the people that resonate with you to help you along the way. They give you enough comfort to just be yourself. These people turning up in your life are not coincidences, but something much more meaningful.
