She filed for divorce from Harvey Weinstein in October 2017, days after the first accusations against him went public. Nearly a decade later, she’s built a quiet life with a two-time Oscar winner who’s helped raise her two kids.

Chapman and Brody have been together for roughly seven years, and she’s on a family holiday with him and her two children in the Mediterranean.

They had crossed paths before, but the relationship started at a dinner in Puerto Rico in April 2019, a swimwear launch that doubled as a joint birthday party (they share the same birthday, April 14). People confirmed they were dating by early 2020. Chapman’s divorce from Weinstein, whom she married in 2007, was finalized in July 2021, the same year she and Brody made their red-carpet debut at the Tribeca premiere of his film Clean.

Brody, 53, won his second Best Actor Oscar in 2025 for The Brutalist. In a lengthy acceptance speech he thanked Chapman, 50, and “her beautiful children, Dash and India,” and closed with “Popsy’s coming home a winner.”

Chapman has two children with Weinstein: daughter India and son Dashiell. Brody has none of his own, and sources describe him as a steady, supportive presence in their lives.

From prison, where he remains incarcerated, Weinstein said in a 2026 interview that he was glad Chapman had found happiness, adding that she “suffered terribly because of me.”
