In the last season, Cory’s name will eventually be revealed as Cornelius. Cory “jokes” that he and Topanga will be keeping the awesome name train alive if they have children. They will name them Chewbacca and Plankton Matthews, which have a nice ring to them, if you ask me.

The overall lesson is that if you’re single, unmarried and thirty, you are weird and pathetic and must be some sort of homeschooled jungle freak, Nell (from the movie Nell) or a future crazy cat lady of the Grey Gardens variety.

I’ve been at odds with pop-culture phenomena before, and I still don’t believe that Skrillex or Justin Bieber are real people (prove it!), but I’ve never disliked something that so many other people like with such vehemence.
