So That Self-Awareness Lasted Barely 24 Hours

A longevity enthusiast’s brief moment of doubt about his own habits apparently didn’t stick — and a follow-up post made that clear.

“Kate’s period blood is in my -80 °C freezer,” the post reads. “Around 10 mL.”

The admission came alongside a note of reflection: “been thinking things over and wonder if i’ve taken this whole longevity thing too far.”

The self-awareness, it seems, was short-lived.
