Madelyn Cline Has An MO, and Her Rebound With A Beverly Hills Real Estate Agent 5 Weeks After Her Last Split Proves It.

Madelyn Cline stepped out for date night in Studio City this week with Michael Reyes, a luxury real estate agent, about five weeks after her split from influencer Henry Smith. It’s the first public sighting of the pair, and the paparazzi soft-launch is already in full swing.

Cline and Reyes were photographed leaning in close over mussels and white wine at El Cava in Studio City on August 5, kissing and unable to keep their hands off each other. Later that night they were seen walking a fluffy dog back toward Cline’s home.

Reyes is a California luxury agent at Carolwood Estates, a Beverly Hills firm known for high-end and off-market deals. He was born in LA, raised in Montecito, and studied business and negotiation at UCLA, and he moves in a young-Hollywood social circle that overlaps with Patrick Schwarzenegger, Maude Apatow, KJ Apa, and Cline’s close friend Lukas Gage.

The sighting, first reported via DeuxMoi and Backgrid, comes roughly five weeks after news broke that Cline and TikTok influencer Henry Smith had split. That relationship ran April to June 2026, about four months, and ended amicably per reports, with the two unfollowing each other.

Cline, 28, has a well-documented dating timeline: Chase Stokes from mid-2020 to October 2021, DJ Zack Bia, musician Jackson Guthy, Pete Davidson from September 2023 to mid-2024, and a short PDA-heavy fling with Prince Constantine-Alexios of Greece in September 2025.

Neither side has confirmed they’re official. Online speculation points to KJ Apa, her Map That Leads to You co-star and a mutual friend, as a possible matchmaker.
