Chris Brown Carried His Newborn Son Through NYC After His Concert, Three Months Before He Could Be Sentenced to Prison in the UK
Chris Brown just wrapped a stadium show in New York and left with a baby carrier in his hand. In three months, a London court decides whether he goes to prison.
Brown pleaded guilty to affray on July 24 over a 2023 attack on music producer Abraham Diaw at Tape, a private club in London’s Mayfair. Prosecutors said he struck Diaw twice over the head with a bottle, then kept going as the victim fell. The charge carries up to three years, and the judge said all options remain open.

Sentencing is set for October 26 at Southwark Crown Court. Brown was granted bail and allowed to leave the UK as long as he returns by late October, which is why he’s still touring stadiums across North America on his co-headlining run with Usher.

The infant is his son with girlfriend Jada Wallace, born in late April, his fourth child and his first with her. He was photographed carrying the baby through the Meatpacking District after the concert.
