Everyone in this world has a dæmon — the external physical manifestation of a person’s ‘inner-self’ that takes the form of an animal.

Finding peace at this moment and this season means that you’re soaking in the stillness of where you are right now.

Drink water. Carry a water bottle around with you, and watch how much your H20 consumption will increase. 

If you’re not into sending cards, send a text of love. Of peace. Of appreciation. Of warmth. You never know how much that might mean to someone. 

Tell them that you love them. Tell them that they mean the world to you.

Just because something has always been done a certain way doesn’t mean that there isn’t room for change, growth, or a shift.

What does it look like when your soul rests?

I hope your excitement of the morning, to begin a new day with the one you love, fuels your afternoon, and your evening, and the dreams you have while you sleep.

You are incapable of sitting still without an electronic device plastered to your hand.

Just because you can’t have that bath, that spa time, or that weekend away doesn’t mean that you’re not allowed to rest.

You deserve a date that makes you feel at ease.

Too often, we think of a personal brand in terms of quote cards and stylized outfits and Lightroom presets when, in actuality, we should be thinking about it as a reputation.
