You say no without guilt.

Sometimes you will never know why the relationship ended. Sometimes, it’ll just end.

The feeling of ease when everyone you love is together in one room.

Please don’t quit finding the love that you want, the one that you need, and the one that will make you a better version of you.

When you get the opportunity to stand at the edge of the ocean, I hope you take it.

Some cynics might say that this was too easy – but I couldn’t disagree more.

Just as there is beauty in the sunrise, there is beauty in the sunset, too.

Saying, “I’m sad.” Sometimes it’s hard to say the words. 

I hope you learn how to drown out the excess noise that floods your thoughts and tells you that you are not enough. You are enough.

I hope you serve this world in a way in which it makes it better for everyone.

Life is a process of trying, and failing, and learning from those failures. 

Not everything is your fault, and not everything needs your apology.

Motherhood doesn’t come with an instruction manual. 

It’s a gift to be able to grow slow.

When we place an expectation upon another, we’re making the relationship deeper.

I hope you stop looking around you to measure your own success, for success means different things to different people. There isn’t one perfect picture of what it should be. There isn’t a dollar amount, either. Success doesn’t have one definition. 

It’s ok to step away.
