I know it seems as if such a thing couldn’t possibly be true, but I hope you believe me when I say that you will get through this.

The kind of love that sees you with unkempt hair, wearing the most unflattering sweatpants and a stained t-shirt and thinks that you’re the most beautiful person in the entire world.

I hope you know that love is for you—even if you haven’t found it yet, even if you think you’re going to be alone for the rest of your life.

Drink a glass of water before you have your coffee.

Resist the urge to compare your journey to those around you—no two paths are the same.

You are more than one thing.

You make my heart happy.

There is a difference between a busy person and someone who doesn’t put energy or effort into responding promptly. 

Hold onto your hope – and give that hope to every soul you meet.

It’s time to realize that you are worthy of love, goodness, happiness, and all of the good things this world has to offer.

Comparison is a rabbit hole of unhappiness. 

Life is beautiful, even with all of the messy bits.

The unfortunate truth of it all is that you will never know why they ghosted you—and yes, that’s a difficult thing to stomach.

I hope you never get to the end of your days and wish that you had tried. Stand in the space outside of your comfort zone and watch how you will thrive. 

I now get the obsession with the show, the series, and the story.

Maybe you keep falling in love with almosts because you’re settling for less than what you deserve and what you want.

I hope that when you exchange those words with one another, you feel as if your soul has received a hug.

There’s nothing poetic about that.
