Wow, A Lot Of Straight Women Are Sort Of Homophobic

It’s generally accepted that a woman’s sexuality is more fluid than a man’s but what happens when women who identify as straight encounter a bisexual man who wants to date them? Well, 63% of women polled by Glamour magazine said they wouldn’t date a man who’d ever had a same sex encounter, even though 31% of these same women had had a same sex encounter themselves.

What’s up with that, ladies?

Even crazier, some women then took to Facebook to defend their prejudice by saying male on male sex is gross and unsanitary.

And all men are promiscuous and don’t wear condoms.

Also, judging someone on the past sexual history is apparently preference, not being judgmental which is news to me. Doesn’t this fly in the face of what women ask of men, not be judged on their sexual history?

Also, if your man has ever had a same sex encounter it means he will have sex with every man you ever thought he was “just friends” with. Who knew?

And being bi is just like being short or skinny, y’know, it’s something you can see. Except it isn’t.

But at least one person pointed out how hypocritical this whole thing is.

I guess my question is, how can we expect not to be judged for our decisions when so many of us are willing to publicly judge others? And why, in 2016, are we still having so much trouble with the idea that a guy’s sexuality can be just as fluid as a girl’s?
