Let It Hurt So You Can Let It Heal
We cannot move forward until we honor exactly where are at. We have to feel this moment in order to leave it. Once we feel it, we can release it and we can move into our next moment. So let it hurt, but then let it heal.

Let it hurt. Let it pick apart your soul until you don’t even recognize yourself. Let it prevent you from getting out of bed. Let it make you question who you are and what you want.
Let it make you lose your appetite. Let it make you scream in public places or cry at the gym.
Let it make you so sick that you throw up your ache into his palms.
Let it wake you up in the middle of the night; let it remind you of everything you’ve ever lost.
Let it make you second guess yourself in every humanly way possible; let it deteriorate your dreams. Let it make you feel hopeless; let it make you feel every ounce of pain in the world and then some.
We cannot move forward until we honor exactly where are at. We have to feel this moment in order to leave it. Once we feel it, we can release it and we can move into our next moment.
So let it hurt, but then let it heal.
Let it make you lean on your friends.
Let it guide you to recognize the most authentic version of your soul.
Let it make you want to get out of bed.
Let it make you certain of who you are and what you want.
Let it cause yourself to feel the hunger inside of your bones. Let it create the confidence you need in order to thrive in public places or on the treadmill at the gym.
Let it make you blossom so much that your words heal wounds, even your own.
Let it remind you of everything you’ve ever learned, gained, and conquered.
Let it open you up, let it allow you to lean into uncertainty with the certainty of yourself. Let it allow you to create new dreams. Let it make you feel hopeful.
Let it allow you to feel what progression feels like, become the masterpiece of your evolution, and honor every single moment along the way.
Let it hurt, let the pain circulate in your body until you realize you have no where to go but through it.
Let it hurt, but darling, then let it heal.
