You absolutely hate the thought that you could give a wrong answer or say the wrong thing. So, you keep quiet when you're around your friends and family. You nod your head, and agree with their ideas and opinions because you don't want to be liked less.
1. You always seem happy and put together.
You are the queen of making people around you think that you are completely fine. You don’t want to be a burden to anyone, so instead of sharing how you really feel, you put on a facade. And most of the time, people don’t see through you.
2. You always make sure you’re busy.
You constantly are filling up your calendar. You love being busy because it makes you feel less alone, and again, because you’re excellent at pretending. People are always asking how you do it, how you stay so social and sane at the same time. Truthfully, you feel more alone than ever.
3. You’re a people pleaser.
You adore making me smile and making people feel good about themselves. Perhaps this is because you don’t want others to feel like you do. You are the kind of person who makes anyone feel like a friend instead of a stranger, and it makes you feel good to know that others appreciate this about you.
4. You agree with everyone and anyone.

To make yourself feel better from your lack of confidence, you buy material things to try to fill up your void and empty heart. You spend way too much money on makeup, clothes and jewelry in an attempt to make yourself feel more beautiful.
8. You don’t do relationships.
You are terrified of being in a relationships because you don’t believe you are lovable. You are positive it would end in heartbreak and you would be left alone, so you figure it’s best to keep to yourself and not be a bother to anyone.

You compare yourself to your peers and even your friends. You can’t help it, but it’s an automatic thing for you to do now. You are always putting yourself down for the smallest of things, and you put others on a pedestal that they sometimes don’t even deserve.
10. You overthink about all the conversations you have had.
You are always playing back the conversations you’ve had with people and trying to decode them. Even if the conversation was lovely and relaxed, you find a reason as to why that person hates or dislikes you. It’s an exhausting cycle you can’t get out of.
11. You talk about people behind their backs.
This only makes you feel better for a little while, but you chat about people, even your loved ones behind their backs in order to feel a little bit superior to them. Of course, this always leads you to trouble and you ultimately won’t get anything out of putting others down.
