Life is not linear. We do not build a life by placing the parts of our selves we work for in a neat row, one after the other.

You’ll know the Gemini woman in the room because she’s the one floating from group to group, inserting herself into conversations that don’t involve her and moving on elsewhere the moment the topic ceases to interest her.

You used to show up, be in the moment, full and present and ready. You can be that person again.

I have a theory that in this life, we mostly only want one thing, at the root of it all: to be heard.
