The one thing that all 50 states in the United States have in common is that all of them have very strange laws. Some of them have misogynistic origins, like wives not being able to do certain things without their husband’s permission, while some are just weird. Like, I’m not too sure why lollipops are banned in Washington state. While most of these laws likely aren’t enforced – lawmakers haven’t repealed them either. Here are some of the weirdest, hilarious, and confusing laws in each state.

You are are not allowed to play dominoes on Sunday.
