I’ve realized we can talk ourselves into (and out of) anything if we try hard enough.

Wow, this oatmeal tastes like warm vomit. But that’s okay, because I’d rather be miserable and thin than happy and bloated.

When someone says they love me, I believe them. When someone says they see a future with me, I believe them. And when things start to change, I don’t understand.

For a really long time, I was under the impression that it was normal to try and change the person you love.

You are a human being with your own likes, dislikes, goals, talents and much more. Maintaining your physical health is important, but keeping your mental health is the key.

8 hours. I can do this. I’ve spent 8 hours watching Grey’s Anatomy before and I wasn’t even getting paid to do that. Fuck, now I just want to watch Grey’s Anatomy.

For whatever reason, people go to the gym and common sense goes out the window.

I had finally met someone who was good for me and it scared me half to death.

I am not a bitch but my face would tell you otherwise.

I do things that I know will inevitably hurt me and it has become addicting. And no, I do not bury my sorrows with a bottle and a blunt.

I was sitting at the bar in the restaurant that we used to call “our place” when you walked in with your hand around her waist. Surprisingly, my heart did not burst.
