Watch: U.S. Marshall Charges Filming Woman And Smashes Her Camera On The Ground

U.S. Marshals were engaged in fugitive apprehension in the above video, filmed in Los Angeles, when one Marshal got sick of a woman filming them even though the video doesn’t appear to show her doing anything wrong. It is perfectly lawful to film police in a public area.

At the beginning she appears to be calmly talking to them and it sounds like she says something about her husband and then one Marshal charges her.

And then smashes her phone on the ground and stomps on it.
