Almost all kids have smartass moments with their parents. When I was younger, I would test my mom’s patience all the time (I probably still do).

One of the best ways to do this is to just ask really stupid questions and keep trolling them with it. For instance: if your mom really hates swearing, you could ask her whether a certain word is a swear, and then keep saying it over and over again.

That’s exactly what high schooler Tralenn did, and it didn’t end well for him at all. Read on:

He assumes that his mother is just blowing smoke — no way she would actually show up at his school, right?

“What’s taking so long?” He goads her.

That probably wasn’t the right thing to say.

Oh look, it’s the door to his school.

But Tralenn is still in denial. She must have just Googled that picture or something.

Um, would be hard to Google that picture.

Suddenly he is all apologies. But it’s far too late for that.

“Hell you look scared for?” His mother concluded with the most hilarious comeback of all time.

Let this be a lesson to all us children: mothers don’t mess around.
