This Disturbing YouTube Video Of A Man’s ‘New Girlfriend’ Seems To Show Kidnapped, Tied Up Woman
This video has been quietly sitting on the internet for almost seven years, uploaded by a creepy YouTube account with no other uploads or interactions on. And there it sat, evidence hidden in plain sight.
What evidence, might you ask?
This horrific YouTube video appears to show a kidnapped woman tied up in bathroom, screaming for help.
The video starts off innocently, if a little off-putting. A sorta awkward 30-something or 40-something man explains to the camera (he addresses “Walter”) how he found a new girlfriend. However, when he shifts the frame to introduce us to the girlfriend, it’s clear their relationship is not at all consensually as she screams for help.

Police have drawn connections with this video and the missing person case of Kayla Berg. Berg vanished two months prior to the creation of this video, and her police says that the woman in the video bears a striking resemblance to her daughter:
It sounded like her, looked like her, it gave me chills. Disturbing. It made me sick to my stomach.
The clothing could be a big possibility. We do believe she was wearing that type of shirt, we know she had jeans.
Police say that they are investigating this video, and this case, very closely.

If this video is real, it is one of the most disturbing things I have ever seen. 
UPDATE: Some people in the comments have said this video has been debunked. It initially got attention in August of this year, and some people in the YouTube community deemed it fake. However, the reaction to the video presently from law enforcement suggests it very well could be real.
UPDATE 2: The original video was removed by YouTube. We replaced it with a re-upload.
UPDATE 3: The police have concluded, upon investigation, that the video is indeed a fake. The search for Kayla Berg is still continuing.
