The video is based off the currently popular mobile Pokémon game. Except instead of catching a Pokémon, Donald Trump is apparently “capturing” Hillary Clinton (aka “Crooked Hillary”).
Some of his voters seem to not get the reference, but they are happy to make more posts trashing Crooked “Killary”:
