Do What You Need To Do To Grieve Him
Be sad. Cry. Grieve. Wallow in the void that he has left you with and wish he never left in the first place.

This goes out to all those who have been hurt and are hurting. Whatever it is you are feeling right now, it’s okay. Do not brush it off. You are human; you are meant to feel things.
Be sad. Cry. Grieve. Wallow in the void that he has left you with and wish he never left in the first place. Drink bottles and bottles and bottles of alcohol with hopes that it will heal your insides. Stay in bed; reminisce how he once laid beside you and cuddled you to sleep. Let it hurt. Cry until your eyes sting and tears no longer come out of your eyes and you decide to just stop.
Be angry. Be angry at him, at the universe, at yourself. Yell at the top of your lungs; call out his name over and over again until your throat hurts and you no longer mind the pain in your chest. Burn photos of you together—start on his side just so you can watch him slowly disappear and turn into ashes. Tell off couples you see because it reminds you of how it was when you were together.
Whatever it is you feel and whatever it is you do to cope with it, it’s okay. But do not relish the pain. Do not build a home out of tears and pain, only to find comfort in it. Do not close yourself off to a new beginning. Do not let your past rob you of your future.
Move forward.
Take it one step at a time.
Your wounds will heal, and when they do, the scars will be proof of how you gave it your all and fought bravely in the name of love.
There is so much the world has to offer you, and someone out there is going to love you the way you deserve to be loved. And when you find that person, you will love him, maybe fight for him, but it’s a battle you will not lose.
