Repentance: The mistake that brought you to a place of shame, hatred, ignorance, or low self-esteem will sometimes require you to go through sincere remorse.

Confidence is not about becoming someone you are not. You do not need to be more outgoing to be confident.

Write down a list of the most used apps on your phone in a notebook. For one week, keep a tally of when you feel discomfort or resentment from being in one of the apps. At the end of the week, delete the apps with the most tallies.

Love is not a list of qualities. It is not the gifts they have given you. It is not Instagram shout outs or online relationship status.

I hope you always strive to be valued, rather than desired. You do not need to be the person that everyone wants.

I am grateful that I have to pay rent each month because my home is safe, warm, and always fun to come home to (thank you lovely roomies).

In Europe they work to live – they don’t live to work.
