Some days will be easier than others, and that’s okay. 

While other children were outside, scraping their bony legs on the pavement, I was alone in my room, making up stories for my dolls.

Good grades mean college. College means dorms. Dorms mean a place to sleep. Working a job means money. Money means food and other things that you want/need. 

I’ve been in a relationship for approximately two years, and I can attest that I was slightly right, love is demanding, but not in the way that I thought.

Sometimes our minds work so hard that they can seem to work against us. It is so important to try and shut your brain off from time to time.

Sometimes I genuinely want to get to know someone, and if that’s the case I will talk. It’s these shitty in-between moments with temporary people that drive me up the wall.

Staying where you don’t belong may be comfortable, but the inevitable complacency attached to the comfort is never worth it. If you’re not a little scared about the uncertainty of what’s coming up next, you might be doing things wrong.

Expecting accountability for the way you are treated will have you deemed as “crazy” by your peers.

I never had a father figure and every year this holiday rolls around.

People will come into your life and teach you lessons then leave when they are fulfilled.

You’re not checking in to see how they’re doing, you’re checking in to see if their relationship has hit rock bottom yet.

I would’ve never guessed that you would become my best friend. That we would travel together. Live together. Get drunk together. Laugh together.

I feel that the strength in cussing is not to overuse it, but to do it at a good time to get your goddamn point across, you feel me you stupid-ass fucker? Ha, had to do it. But I don’t think it’s unattractive when a girl overuses it, I really just think she looks stupid.

Sometimes I’ll be jacking off in the shower and think, “Are you going to have enough sperm to have kids someday?”
