Maybe bravery isn’t putting up your walls so high to protect yourself from the pain of this world. Maybe bravery was more about being strong enough to let yourself feel vulnerable in the right moments.

You have to realize that friendships can be just as unhealthy and draining as romantic relationships can be. 

She doesn’t need you, but she does want you.

Maybe your plot twist is owning your confidence and your self-worth all along.

Choose people who inspire you and motivate you to be your best self. Who you choose to have around shows you so much about your potential.

I’m writing this letter not in the hopes of getting you back but of letting you go.

There is strength is letting yourself be vulnerable and losing control.

Instead of spending empty hours on your phone, scrolling through your timeline, you have time to hit the gym or finish a book or even find a new hobby. Every day is a chance to start over and the choices you make reflect who you are.

If you can’t be proud of the person you’re dating as they are right as this moment, then why are you dating them for the hopes of changing them into someone better?

Let me tell you something- everyone deserves to have a relationship filled with substance and meaning and not just a surface-level relationship.

I want to love you with this brand new hope that you’re what’s good for my soul and you’re what I deserve.

This is what love is supposed to feel like.
