It’s Never Too Late To Follow Your Passion
What if everything ends up working out and you actually get the life you've been talking about?
Listen, as long as you’re alive and your heart is filled with life and adrenaline, you’re allowed to follow your passion. As long as you have blood running through your veins and as long as the Earth is constantly revolving day after day, it’s never too late to make the change that you want to. It’s never too late to become the person you’ve always envisioned yourself to be.
I know that it takes a huge leap of faith and an incredible amount of bravery to actually go after what you want, and that it scares you to the very core. I know that your thoughts are battling every urge in you to go after your dreams with an immense amount of dedication and persistence. I know how tired you are of constantly getting your hopes up and chasing after a goal that just seems like a blurred idea. I know how comfortable it is to stay realistic than the idea of getting disappointed by your own unrealistic expectations. I know how much easier it is to stay at your own comfort zone that choosing a place of uncertainty and inconvenience, no matter how much life is pumped into you the moment you think about the chance of getting the life you’ve always wanted. I know all you’re thinking is, “It’s never going to work out.”
However, what if it does? What if everything ends up working out and you actually get the life you’ve been talking about? What if your comfort is telling you to actually get yourself out there and do the bravest thing you’re ever going to do, which is to risk your 9 to 5 job for your passion? What if comfort was never the place you find fulfillment in your soul, but it’s in a place of uncertainty?
You have to at least try for as long as that driven heart of yours is beating. You do this routine and go to work every day, but you know in the very roots of your mind that the words ‘what if‘ have never left your mind.
You will always be successful in whatever career field you choose, because success is always going to be vague. However, you can’t always be happy. A stable income doesn’t always mean success if you don’t wake up every morning craving to do what you do.
For as long as you’re alive, it’s never too late to turn around your life for a life that makes you proud and fall in love with being alive.
