Sometimes, in the presence of many people, with strangers’ eyes looking at you and judging you by how you look, that’s when you feel so outcast. Alone. and well, lonely.

We use “forever” to sweeten the numbered days to feel the intensity as if at any point from now, a quake will happen to denigrate the word. Then forever is gone.

I’m afraid of what / is after life as much as / I’m afraid of now.

After all, how do you quantify someone’s success in music? Because they play well, and it brings them joy? Or because they have a record deal?

Sometimes, when we got wounded, there’s nothing left for us to bleed and there’s no more pieces left to break but still life goes on.

Maybe it was a wolf in sheep’s clothing, a fleeting gift you only got to borrow rather than own? And naturally, you’ll feel doomed and so broken. You’ll wonder how could life be so cruel.

You don’t have to be what they are not just to have your sense of dignity or whatever it is that you think might feed your soul.
