This particular PSA was absolutely unexpected. Our very own Jessica Blankenship was taken aback (read about it here). Was it grotesque? Yes. Disturbing? Absolutely. But did it get the message across? Eh, it was a bit (a lot) over-the-top, but I think it got its message across.
