Instead of going hard in December and then completely becoming an anti-social hermit for the entire month of January, we need to understand the importance of balance.

I’ve learned that the number on the scale won’t be the deciding factor when it comes to God’s plan for my love life. If that were the case, I would have a diamond ring on my finger right now.

You’re not perfect and your forever person won’t be either. And yes, that’s okay.

Guys do what they want. So if he wanted to be texting me, he would be. If he’s not, then he doesn’t want to. There’s no reason to make myself believe anything else.

I find myself holding onto these memories and the best moments we shared because as much as it hurts, it also feels good for just an instant.

So just like that, we cut ties. I changed my hair color just as quickly as he stopped pursuing me.

The number one way for you to never get a second date and definitely never be around long enough to even come close to meeting his family is to sleep with him on the first date. Or the second. Or the third.

As your wall comes down and you share your soul, you’ll uncover things about yourself you never knew, leading to new goals and discoveries. That’s one way to really start living. And that takes bravery.

Investing in the wrong people, ideas, or relationships is what keeps you from blooming into the exact person you were born to be. And once you embrace that, you start to live your dream life.

By the time I graduated and obtained my cosmetology license, I had come to the realization that I did not enjoy cutting or coloring hair. Clearly, this was a problem.

Most people blame finances for not traveling more or pursuing a dream and it is the worst excuse I have ever heard.
