Talking about your mental illness helps people understand you better, and it helps you understand yourself better too.

Knowing about something and living through it are two entirely different things.

The point of this life is to do something that will make you happy, and if you’re unhappy with where you are in this moment, why stay?

Reality is hard to deal with, but you can’t live in a fantasy forever. 

If you can love and forgive yourself after all you’ve been through, then nothing in this world can stop you.

I know what it’s like to be in need. I especially know what it’s like to feel trapped with nowhere to turn.

You don’t need anyone. You just need to learn how to be okay with you.
