Lord, help me remember that our babies are little flowers and we are their gardeners. Help me to remember that we all have little weeds on us, yet you gently pluck them off and love us anyway.

Unfortunately, the media has done it again. They created a huge hype when articles were released last week saying the new ‘Beauty and the Beast’ film would contain Disney’s “first openly gay character.”

Though this post is directed mainly at those who are against viewing the recent film, ‘The Shack’, it is really for all Christ followers and those who want to make the name of Jesus famous.

What I did see is the film give a beautiful, beautiful representation of the absolute love and adoration that Jesus has for us. How the Holy Spirit is so tender and comforts us in a way only He can. And how God is His infinite wisdom and mercy knows just what we need and when and how to give it to us.
