Taking care of yourself means slowing down enough to bring into awareness all the unseen or unknown toxic attachments, heartbreaks, drama, trauma, and other issues that have molded into you.

Consciousness in simplicity is becoming aware of our existence so we can move into being our truest essence.

Through these visions, it feels like experiencing an unknown future event happening right now in this present moment.
