Selfies can give others insight into your personality, especially if you’re lazy, upbeat, or neurotic. And not only do selfies tell the world a whole lot about you — the people who see your selfies are judging you.

Binge-watching is an activity you can do alone, or with a significant other, as it’s an amazingly cheap date. But unfortunately, science has come up with a binge buzzkill. 

In a recent article on Mashable, Mandy Stadtmiller talks about the ease in which millennials get sex. How many extremely hot partners you have on any given week or night isn’t what’s important — it’s the quantity of your quality.

Our experiences make us who we are, connect us with other people, and bring us great amounts of happiness.

Why?

The thing is, there will always be people who don’t like us, but hopefully, there will be people who do. We can’t focus on other people and their feelings about us. The only person we need to be concerned about is ourselves.

As humans, we crave positive social relationships — it’s one of our fundamental needs. In fact,failure to satisfy this need can have devastating consequences to our psychological well-being.

We need to embrace that fact that there are many different ways to experience pleasure. And while the traditional methods are great, it’s a good idea to mix up your methods of getting there, too.

As women, we lie all the time — sometimes to other people, but more often to ourselves. It’s not that we’re shady and bad people; it’s more complicated than that.

Generally we, as humans, are advised to only pee in a toilet. If you live in California, you’re advised to pee in the toilet but not to flush. We’re in a drought, so we’re supposed to follow the “if it’s yellow let it mellow” rule. And while they might not admit it, most people pee in the shower, even Kelly Clarkson.
