Watch Hilarious Anne Hathaway 'Les Miserables' Parody
Anne Hathaway has been getting a lot of Oscar buzz for her live-vocals performance of Fantine in the new movie version of Les Miserables. But even as she’s praised, Hathaway seems to generate as much ill will as good from the public, perhaps because she seems so gratingly desperate to be liked all of the time? Whatever the source of the hate, it’s generated a new viral video parodying Hathaway’s showstopping number from Les Miz: “I Dreamed A Dream.” The look is dead-on and the lyrics are fun: “I played a prostitute who diiiied… Her life was really sad and awful.” Nice.
