Awesome Movies, Seen Through Google Street View

The above Google Street View of 130 Linden Ave might look familiar, if a little off. It’s actually a scene from Jim Jarmusch’s Mystery Train, with a twist.

It’s a sampling from the new tumblr Google Street Scene, which takes images from movies and makes them look like you encountered them on Google Street View.

Created by Tre Baker, the site gives each movie frame the Google Street View treatment, complete with blurred-out faces on the humans and the geographical coordinates. Check out more below.
