We want to be happy but we don’t help ourselves enough. My family and friends make me happy. But I don’t take the time to visit my family on the weekends. And I turn down plans when my friends ask me to go out. Reading makes me happy, but I haven’t picked up a book in over a year. We know the things that make us feel better in life, but we just don’t do them.
