Hello,

I am not sure what point of life you might be right now. You might be at a crossroads, having to make a huge decision that can impact you in so many ways, or maybe starting out with something which you have only imagined a few years back, or in the middle of the most mundane stuff, routines and everything in between. Wherever you are now, I want this to serve as a reminder, a note to help you navigate your way through the twists and turns that you will come across.

When the going gets tough, just remember the past, look back to where I am now and see how we were able to overcome the hard days, the heart-crushing moments, and the nearly giving up times. Yet, here you are, still standing. Stronger I would hope. Look at the beautiful moments. The love all around you, the love you had experienced and continue to experience with friends and family. There are a lot of things to be grateful for and I hope that you never lose sight of those things no matter how difficult it could sometimes get.

I hope you know there’s always another day to start over, to be better and to try again. When things don’t work out the way you planned it, that doesn’t mean it’s the end of the road for you. It can simply be a detour leading you to brighter paths or a moment to slow down and re-calibrate your direction. It’s okay to rest for a while, you don’t always have to have it all figured out. Breathe and learn.

I’ll always be a part of you so use all the lessons I have learned to help you move through. You are a work in progress so take time to hone and better yourself. Prioritize your well-being and don’t forget that you will always have people in your corner to help you up when it’s harder to do things alone.

I believe that you’ll know what to do when you are put in a situation when you have to choose. It’s okay to be scared. Being brave is not about being unafraid, it’s being afraid and yet still go for it. Wherever your journey takes you, trust that YOU WILL BE OKAY.
