This Guy’s Cheesy Promposal To His Best Friend’s Sister Will Make You Say ‘Aw’
Shaedon Wedel decided to ask his best friend's sister Carlie to prom and came up with perhaps the sweetest (and cheesiest) way to win her over.
Oh, prom. Nothing quite says “high school nostalgia” like spending way too much money on a gaudy dress you’ll only wear for a night and having your parents drive you to the Cheesecake Factory before you find yourself grinding on your high school sweetheart in the gym-turned-dance hall.
But hey, one thing that I will never look back on and roll my eyes at is this: promposals. Because how cute are those? They will always pull at my heartstrings, even when I am 47 and still probably bitter.
Shaedon Wedel decided to ask his best friend’s sister Carlie to prom and came up with perhaps the sweetest (and cheesiest) way to win her over.
The front of his shirt read, “I know I’m NACHO typical Dorito but…” while the back said, “I’m going to be CHEESY and ask: WILL YOU GO TO PROM WITH ME?”
Apparently Doritos are Carlie’s favorite snack, which is what gave Shaedon the idea in the first place.
