7 Animals Humans Should Avoid In The Wild, Backed By Video
1. Southern elephant seal
They have a face only mothers will love. These seals can weigh anywhere from 4,400 to 8,800 lbs and up to 19 feet long in length.

That’s not all, they’re loud. Loud as hell.
2. Hippos
They look harmless. They have giant asses. Their tails are like poop windmills. Their mouths are huge and many unfortunate beings have been maimed by them. Hippos. Their tiny, beady eyes stare at you, while you innocently paddle your rickety-ass boat across the muddy (probably all hip-poo) river and then…

These punks get huge. I mean, like serious huge. They’re anywhere from 11 to 17 feet long and can weigh up to 4,000 lbs. They’re a tiny freaking tank that can crush Smart cars AND fling poo from their rear end with their tails.
Hippos are evil. Pure and simple.
3. Moose
On average, Moose stand well above 6 feet (probably up to 10 feet including the antlers). They weigh around the 1,100lbs mark, which is like 8 tractor trailer tires (maybe?).

Moose aren’t usually aggressive, but they’re very territorial and when frightened, they will charge you. And they’re not afraid of defending themselves.
4. Kodiak Bears
Also known as the Alaskan grizzly bear, these furry things can grow to 1,500 lbs AND 8 feet in length. That’s about 187 lbs per feet. Imagine a 187-pound baby. Wow.

Usually these bears shy away from people, but will attack if surprised.
5. Siberian Tiger
Okay, so this is a little far-fetched, considering how rare they are out in the wild. But that doesn’t mean we should disregard them. Tigers are ferocious predators. They’re not pampered creatures living in Mike Tyson’s backyard. No sir. These felines are at the top of the food chain for a reason.

These tigers are said to weigh around 475 lbs on average, measuring 100 inches in length (including the tail). Weighing half-a-ton and having stealth on their side, they’re a force to be reckoned with, aren’t they?
6. White Rhinoceros
These guys are literally living, breathing tanks. Their massive body and large head ranges anywhere from 12 to 13 ft, weighing in around 5,100 lbs, but eating nothing but vegetables.

These people are laughing, but this no laughing matter. White rhinos have an excellent sense of smell and hearing to compensate for their poor eyesight. This means they’re always wary of their surroundings and won’t hesitate to charge at objects they think are dangerous!
7. Grey Wolf
There’s a world of difference between domesticated dogs and feral dogs. Wolves fall into the latter. They are feral, they are wild, they have a strong hunting instinct.

On average, adults measure 41 to 63 inches in length, and typically weigh around 79 lbs.
Wolves are perhaps one of the most well-researched animals in the world, with hundreds of books and documentaries as its focus. This however, does not mean we are able to interpret and understand them.
Wild animals are unpredictable. They are usually more afraid of us than we are of them. But that also means a high level of danger.
